A “Limited Edition” is a pre-set number of items are signed where no more can be made in same size/format. Customers cannot request a specific edition number.
An “Open Edition” means that there are no limits on the number of product produced. Most international stars do these “Open Editions”, as it does not limit them to a certain number of Editions.
The Icons Collection has a wide variety of product that is not displayed on the website. Please get in contact with us via Phone or Email if you are interested in viewing our broader range.
If an item is purchased from the showroom, a Quality Check will be done prior to payment. If returned in the week of sale in the same condition, an instore full credit refund will be issued.
Online purchases damaged in transit can be returned by the customer , Icons Collection will replace and resend at Icons expense.
If the customer wants to return the item within a week of delivery, they must cover the cost of the return . icons will provide a in store credit of purchase price.
Items for delivery must have the physical street address clearly visible. The customer must check the product and make sure there is no damage before signing for it.
We do not deliver to Post office boxes.
A Certificate of Authenticity will be come with each product
Yes, if you are in-store at the time before the item is getting framed, we can cooperate with you and see which frame you may like to choose. Bear in mind this may increase the price of the product.
