Every product shipped from the Icons Collection warehouse is professionally bubble wrapped and boxed to secure your memorabilia items for their journey to your home. In the event that the above property arrives at the delivery address in damaged condition, the exceptions must be noted on the delivery receipt and the Icons Collection contacted immediately (within 24 hours of signing for delivery). The Icons Collection will provide insurance on all products being shipped from their warehouse. This will cover all deliveries for loss or damage to the product.

 

Damaged Products

Any product sold will be quality controlled before being shipped out. The security and care of the product after leaving our premises becomes the responsibility of the purchaser/passenger. Bubble wrap should be taken off and the product frame and Perspex checked for any dents or scratches. Ensure the envelope containing the certificate of authenticity is attached to the back of the frame. Once this is done, put the bubble wrap back on the product and deliver to the customer.

If the product is damaged in the delivery process, please contact Icons Customer Service within 24 hours of signing for delivery on (02) 9645 4763 or email gallery@iconsofgroup.com.au and the damaged product will be picked up, repaired and despatched by the Icons Collection free of charge.
